Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. The moment you receive your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering or washing the dress.
We’re glad to tell you that your unsatisfied items can be returned within 3 days after received. You should contact our customer service by email. Include a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. If you are going to return or exchange dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
Our refund policy conforms to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that you have no right to a refund if you change your mind. However as a gesture of goodwill we do offer a credit note within seven days of purchase which is valid for one year from date of issue. Sale items are not returnable.
Note: Custom Made dress and dresses with special requirements can not be returned, because the dress are customized for you and the size does not fit others, we can not be secondary sales.
We will try our best to process each order, but some unexpected risks would happen during shipping. If you really encounter these problems, please feel free to choose from the following options
If the defect can be solved easily by tailor, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 50% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
You may return the dress after customer service department’s confirmation. (Without customer service department’s confirmation, we do not accept your case.) Buyer needs to pay for the cost of return shipping.
Note: We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design from the product you purchased. The request for the return of your received product in the event of not meeting your requirement on the change of style from the original design is not accepted.
Sizing and Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Item is not the size that you ordered
If your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, please feel free to choose from the following options:

Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
You chose incorrect size when place order
When you place order, please check our size chart carefully and select the proper size. If the item is made in wrong size because of customer’s carelessness, we only can accept exchange but not return. There are two options:
Return the item to us by your own cost and we send you another one with correct size after received the second delivery charge from you.
Return the item to us by your own cost and select custom-made size. If time is possible for you, we can remake the dress within 10 days according to your size and send to you. Custom-made fee and second delivery charge will be collected from you.
Slight colour deviation is inevitable between the colour of your item and the colour shown on screen because of the settings of your computer screen, while it not mean the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong colour, please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
1. Contact our Customer Service within 3 days after your receiving the orders. Include a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
2. Once Customer Service has approved your request. You should return the dress as soon as possible. Please kindly inform us the Tracking No. and inquiring website of the Express in time for us to tracing.
3. We will refund you within 3-5 working days once we receive and confirm the package. If the order is not kept originally, we won’t refund but return back.
